PA Brownfields: Navigating through the Program and the Considerations and Impacts of Vapor Intrusion - September 20, 2017 in King of Prussia, PA
The Brownfields Program within the state of Pennsylvania is rich with stories of success when it comes to the planning and re-use of industrial sites. Having a vision and the fortitiude to engage in a Brownfields redevelopment project can be a daunting and exhaustive task. With the most recent updates to the PADEP Land Recycling Program Technical Guidance Manual (TGM) for Vapor Intrusion into Buildings from Groundwater and Soil under Act 2 (final November 2016), recognizing and understanding how these new guidlines will impact a Brownfields Redevelopment site is critical for the timely completion of successful projects.
Alpha Analytical has assembled a team of experts from regulatory, consulting, legal and testing industries for this half-day session which will address and educate current and future practitioners on the PA Brownfields program, regulations, methodologies, funding, best practices, laboratory requirements and legal ramifications associated with vapor intrusion.
