Data Deliverable Specialist

Job Summary

The Data Deliverable Specialist I is responsible for providing support with the generation and delivery of analytical reports.

Requirements:

Education:        High School Diploma.  Associates or BA/BS in Chemistry or related science preferred.

Experience:      0-1 years

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 12 pm - 8:30 pm

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Generating Alpha Data Deliverable Packages for customers utilizing LIMS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel.
2. Assembling/pagination/securing/posting job reports.
3. Entering and submitting Smart Reports for MWRA.
4. Stateform generation.
5. Posting of mail.
6. Providing routine feedback and solutions to Department Managers and Team Leaders regarding data quality and rework.

Required Skills:

1. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel
2. Good writing and typing skills
3. Must be a quick learner; highly motivated, able to work independently, and follow prescribed methods and direction.
