Energetics Analysis

Alpha Analytical tests for environmental contamination from energetic compounds as a result of normal training activities at military bases, as well as in the routine detonation or disposal of waste explosives, excess propellants and unexploded ordnances.

 Alpha conducts the following analyses:

  • Perchlorate by EPA Methods 332.0 and 6860
    • Tandem mass spectrometry coupled with either ion or high pressure liquid chromatography
    • MS/MS technology removes interferences from other anions
    • Enhanced sensitivity and selectivity
